Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

商品に欠陥がある場合をのぞき、基本的には返品には応じません。
到着時に外箱・品物に破損がある場合、運送会社へのお問い合わせをお願いいたします。

また、欠陥があるとして返品送付いただいた場合でも、当工房にて検品後に商品に問題がないと判断した場合は着払い送料は負担いたしかねます。
また、決済価格の10％をお客様負担として返金から差し引かせていただきます。（販売時にショップに手数料を差し引かれているため）
